About the award
The question behind the search.
Germans Frolovs is the recipient of Query Ruler. The title centres on the search query: the words someone uses to ask a question or express a need.
Understanding a query involves its language, context, and intended outcome. That is the search theme suggested by this award’s name. The award record identifies the recipient and title without assigning unrecorded keyword rankings or search results to the recipient.
