About the award
Growth through discovery.
Marcin Wludyka is the recipient of the Organic Growth award. The title puts organic growth at the centre of the recognition.
Organic growth describes the development of an audience through discovery and continued usefulness. In a search context, it connects the information a site offers with the people who need it. This is the theme of the award name; no traffic figures, performance comparisons, or judging scores are stated here.
